ENGINEERING PRODUCTION
In 1998 our company of Technomont has extended its production programme in
engineering production, machining, manufacture of spare parts, machining of
castings and forgings etc. The machine equipment in the engineering shops and
their ergonomic arrangement allows us to machine the pieces with large
dimensions and weights up to 12.5 tons.

In our disposal there are also the shaping machines, drilling machines up to 50 mm,
press brake, shearing machine up to the thickness of 16 mm, flame-cutting machine,
small bending rolls. The manipulation with the workpieces is done with the bridge
cranes with the lifting capacity of 5 to 12.5 tons.
The surface protection and preservation are nowadays the integral part of our
production. According to the requirements of the customer, we are able to deliver
the painting with any painting system, incl. the sand blasting.
Since we guarantee the top quality of our work, each product is checked between
the single machining operations and then it goes through the final checking for
the quality of work, which is done by our Quality Inspection Department.
Each product leaves the production with the certificate of completeness and
quality which is to ensure that the component has been manufactured in accordance
with the drawings and the required technical standards.
Our next independent activity are the repairs of the pumps and gearboxes of various
producers, expecially the pumps for the chemical and paper-making industry
Andritz, Ahlstrom etc.).
We believe that our activities mentioned above will result in the improved quality
of the services we offer, aiming at the entire satisfaction of our customer.
